The item is the wrong size, and the cuts for each part are not done properly. I have difficulty attaching the skin, and the size doesn't match for the Steam Deck OLED.
I wanted the trackpad and the back buttons to have custom skins on it. He made me buy two trackpad option for all of the buttons. Once I received the final product, it was a skin for the whole steam deck. If I would’ve known that, I would’ve just bought the Steam deck option for less to get what I wanted.
Trying to talk to talk to him was very one sided with very few word responses. So it was difficult.
Also, his template for the back of the steam deck doesn’t make sense. If you’ve been working on the steam deck for a while, you should know that the decal for the back buttons need to be separated. But the decal for some reason comes attached together as one piece over the buttons, so now I have to try to cut it to where it fits on the button correctly and I’m able to push the buttons individually.
