Was extremely cautious about purchasing a skin for my Steam Deck OLED, ended up choosing this listing because of several positive reviews. The seller works with you to design the skin as wanted, however, not much genuine conversation was to be had to ease some of my concerns, with many short and abrupt responses from the seller. The product was as described, but could benefit from some clearer instructions, as the QR code included just links you to their YouTube channel, where I was unable to find a video for my device. Ended up with minor creases around the edges of my device, and it feels like some simple cuts around the corners would have benefitted the application process greatly, but due to my case, I didn't mind them. As long as you take your time the product looks amazing.
This skin worked great - I had a cartoon picture created of my hubs and his dog, and the seller perfectly positioned it on the decal so we could see it, which was great. We applied it and used a hair dryer to get it to conform to the Steam Deck, which worked great.
Customer service was great and shipping was fast. I chose a glossy finish. Would recommend to use a soft cloth over your nail to rub out wrinkles after using a hair dryer.
