I would not recommend getting a skin from this shop for the Xbox One Controller. Not only was the skin misaligned with the joysticks, but I spent a few hours with a hair dryer trying to match the edges up, and still there were always wrinkles all over the edges and the alignment wasn't satisfactory. These jagged edges made the controller really unpleasant to hold in the hands (sharp!). I looked past it for a while but then I noticed after only a few weeks, all of the edges started peeling and wouldn't seal back down. I ended up just peeling it off after only a few weeks. It definitely did not meet my expectations.
