ZoomHitSkins Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At ZoomHitSkins, every item is made-to-order with premium materials and careful craftsmanship. We want you to love your new skin, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

30-Day Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, free of damage or stretching, in its original condition, and returned with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by us.
Items We Can Accept for Return
Because every skin is printed specifically for your order, we accept returns only when the item is unused, in perfect condition, and not a custom upload order.
Eligible items include standard ZoomHitSkins printed designs, skins ordered for the correct device model, and products in new condition with original packaging.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some items are final sale due to the nature of production or customer error:
Custom upload orders
Any order where the customer uploads their own picture or artwork is non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Used or applied skins
If a skin has been installed, stretched, or damaged during application, it cannot be returned.
Incorrect model ordered by customer
Orders created exactly as selected at checkout are not eligible for refund if the wrong model was chosen. Please double-check your device model before purchasing.
Misunderstanding the product
We do not accept returns or issue refunds when a customer believed they were purchasing the full device or console. All products sold on our store are vinyl skin decals only, not full devices, cases, or accessories.
Large-format console skins with glitter overlamination
Due to the high production cost and the custom glitter overlamination process, skins for large devices such as PS4, PS5, PS5 Slim, PS5 Pro, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox 360, Lenovo Legion Go, and other full-size consoles with glitter overlamination cannot be returned or refunded once produced. These glitter-laminated skins are printed, cut, and finished specifically for your exact model and cannot be resold or reused.
Our Responsibility (What We Cover)
We will replace or refund your order at no cost if we sent the wrong design or model, if the print or cut is defective, if the product arrives damaged, or if the package is lost in transit after a carrier investigation. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will fix any mistake made on our end.
Your Responsibility (What Customers Cover)
We cannot refund or replace orders when a wrong address was entered at checkout, a package is returned due to an insufficient address, the wrong device model was selected, the skin was damaged during installation, or the item is simply no longer wanted.
If a package returns to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you may choose either reshipment (customer pays for a new shipping label) or a refund (minus the original shipping cost).
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please email us at info@zoomhitskins.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #XXXX” or “Replacement Request – Order #XXXX”.
Include clear photos of the issue, a photo with a ruler if it is a sizing or cut concern, your full name, order number, a short explanation of the problem, and the device model you ordered.
We reply within 1 business day with your next steps.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. We may request photos for quality control.
Refund Processing Time
If your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, usually 3–7 business days. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and your bank.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@zoomhitskins.com.
If production has not started, we can cancel and refund your order.
If the order has already been printed, cut, or packed, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom upload orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
