Do you offer customization?

Yes, we do. You can request a custom design through our store or contact us directly. We’ll be happy to create something unique for you.


What material do you use for your skins?

We use premium high-tech 3M vinyl, available in:
• Gloss finish
• Matte finish
• Glitter overlamination (small additional cost)


Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be canceled or modified within the first hour after purchase.
After this period, your skin may already be in production.


Can I track my order?

Yes.
USA orders: All domestic shipments include full tracking.
International orders (Asendia E-Paquet Plus): All international shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Tracking updates may vary depending on the destination country.


What if my package is lost or says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

If tracking says delivered, please contact the carrier with your tracking number — they are the only party who can locate the parcel after delivery scans.
We cannot offer free replacements for packages marked as “delivered.”

If your package never updates to “delivered” after 30 days, contact us and we will help with a replacement.

We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or old address if the address was not updated before checkout.
